When we meet

We'll focus on how your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and environment impact you, and discovering where and how there can be change towards feeling better.

Ultimately, I value the importance of really getting to know you before I make any recommendations because I believe you deserve a tailored and specific approach to your individual needs.

It starts with our alliance first and fostering a safe environment where you can talk about the reasons why you sought therapy. This is done with lightness, humanness, understanding, and empathy for your experiences. Secondly, we will establish goals together towards feeling better, and finally, I will use my therapy tools to support you in meeting the goals we've established. There may be challenges and hard spots along the way, but the hope is that getting through these moments together will help you towards healing.

Education

I have a license in marriage and family therapy (LMFT #102959) earned in 2017.

I  graduated from Santa Clara University with a master's degree in counseling psychology, and I attended undergraduate school at the University of California, Davis to study Psychology and Neuroscience.
