Hi I’m Efstathia Perivoliotis (Effie for short) she/her. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and serve adults.

About
I have a degree in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from University of California, Davis. I pursued graduate school at Santa Clara University where I obtained my Master’s in Counseling Psychology. I received my license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT #102959) in 2017.
I’ve worked in a variety of settings serving youth, parents, and adults with 10 + years experience.
My approach focuses on how your thoughts, feelings, behavior, and environment impact you, and discovering where and how there can be change. I primarily practice Dialectical Behavior Therapy and sprinkle in other therapies to meet the needs of my clients. I use a trauma- and culturally-informed lens. I also value the importance of self-disclosure and lightness in sessions.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, photography, multimedia art, travel, and yoga.
