Initial 15-minute therapy consultation: free

Individual therapy sessions are available for $210, lasting 50 minutes, and offered virtually. 

I recommend starting with weekly or bi-monthly meetings to best support your needs. I encourage you to contact me so we can talk more about your individual needs in therapy.

While I’m not an in-network provider for any insurance panels, I can generate a statement for you to submit for reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage.
