Hello

I  earned my master's in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University, and studied psychology and neuroscience at the University of California, Davis.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) earned in 2017. 

My license allows me to practice in different settings with a variety of individuals. 

After working in acute hospitalization and rehabilitation units, elementary and high schools, intensive outpatient programs, and group practice settings, I thoughtfully chose to work with individual adults in private practice. 

I value the importance of lightness, humor, skillful self-disclosure, and gentle challenges, and am usually more active in sessions.

Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy photography, travel, yoga, hiking, reading fantasy, and finding therapy gems across the world.
